About Your Job: You will have to operate equipment as directed, to safely service aircraft according to Standard Operating Procedures and in line with airline standards whilst achieving on time performance
Being a part of Ramp Loading Team you will also be responsible to arrange required number of Non-Motorized Equipment to the aircraft parking bay according to flight requirements. Multitask and undertake any additional activities such as positioning of chocks, cones, marshalling, and monitoring and operating all equipment for which you are qualified and licensed, loading offloading bags, cargo etc. Does required trips from/to baggage sorting areas and housekeeping after the flight
You should have basic safety awareness related to aircraft Ground Support Equipment operation and the hazards related to the same, take responsibility for individual safety and security issues and perform directed health and safety activities and checks.
You will also be responsible to inspect all assigned Ground Support Equipment to ensure serviceability, fuel levels, cleaning of the Ground Support Equipment and inform Team leader/supervisor of any issues, incidents, discrepancies to avoid incidents, or disruption/delay in the provision of service
About You: For you to be considered for this role, you should be high school qualified, holding a valid home country driving license with up to 2 years of job-related experience and 03 years of experience in Aircraft Ramp Handling.
You will have to be also familiar with operating aviation/logistics Ground Support Equipment with good oral and written communication skills in English language, aware of safety practices and able to comply with departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
